    Might be worth asking anyway. The circumstances were outside your control and to be fair the club are pretty good at trying to accommodate people. It's a bit different for me, there has to be a line somewhere and I just happen to be on the wrong side of it. C'est la vie.

    This is true. I don't know where @Fearless Tyke lives, but genuinely, best bet is to pop down in person, explain your situation. This is a good club and I'm sure they'll listen.

    I know this has been popping up for many years now, but think I may be the first to mention it this season (in this thread, at least). Just renewed our 3 tickets earlier this morning, but as we prefer to have the physical card, why do we need a new card every season? Been paying £2 per ticket that we have to collect from the box office, so another £6 I've had to pay when surely it would be easy enough to load-up existing cards? At a time when people are more waste-conscious this seems really counter-productive?
