    Have you actually been on these away coaches or are you guessing ? I generally go on the train to matches but know the lads that set them up and so go in them .

    I must attend the other 5% then, where 95% of the little underage fckers are smacked off their tits, coupled with supping all day, added to a hefty spliff and then spaffing a stinking pie everywhere when the munchies take hold.     In 27 yrs of being an organiser of one said group. I have known of very few incidents that comes to mind that puts the club in disrepute. (Odd person got caught up in unsavoury incidents) We've had hardly any issues with the fans we take. Possibly 3/4 in those 27yrs and have dealt with em accordingly If necessary. What you seem to misunderstand, is lots of the unwelcome element are finding it difficult to get places on the independents now and some attempt to travel via the official club coaches. Or travel by train. (Spoiling it for those who act sensibly) we have taken over 20 coaches to away games this season. Not one incident. Among 140 members. And their friends or families that have travelled.

    Nobody has said that EVERYONE is coked up FFS. Just that it's a problem, particularly at away games and that it should be stamped out. And I don't understand why people can't see this. Plenty of folk (myself included) don't go to away games due to the behaviour of our own fans.

    Gold star for Mick though, for managing to drop wokery into the debate. It was probably his kid who ran on the pitch, fresh from QEGS, with his Japanese Sister In Law laying in the punches on these stewards.

    Now that's wokery.

    But what are we paying stewards £20a match for if an excited 10 year old can get onto pitch. Surely the stewards concerned should be reprimanded

    Seriously? Stewards are there at each exit point - there are huge gaps between each exit that are an open goal. Unless we have hired Usain Bolt as a steward you won't be stopping anyone running on that pitch

    Was at the game didn’t see the pitch invasion, I’d had two pints before and one at half time if anyone is wondering. I did see the melee in the West stand after but not what started it obviously stewards are there to do a job but it looked to me as though they were swinging punches just the same as the fans.
    The area will be covered by cctv so no doubt the intricate details will be easy to verify the culprits.
    One thing that I have issue either the statement, what if the parents weren’t with the invader at the game ? How can they be banned seems odd
