Club should have a *board member* who is accountable for Disability Access. Anything else is just passing the buck.
That's right ! Mentioned on an earlier thread that someone in a wheelchair can't actually get into the booking office/club shop unless the doors are opened for them. There is no provision for a physically disabled supporter to be with his/her family at matches. Read recently that a (nameless!) South Wales Club has provision for supporters with autism to attend. There are many forms of disability to consider.
Excellent! It just shows the state of things that neither Bristol nor Barnsley thought there was anything wrong in what was in effect banning away supporters who are disabled. It took a supporter to flag this up.
