    According to Adam Oxley via Twitter this is a result of the club (other shareholders?) looking into Conway and Lee's shareholding as part of an internal review.
    It might well be a follow on from the story of how Neerav found out about Conway's real status etc.

    I don’t see where there should be a transfer ban or points embargo for not disclosing information. There is more likely to be a large fine which would of course effect transfers.
    I don’t know if our current board are culpable here but sadly clubs are often punished for the mistakes of individual owners even if the guilty parties are no longer in control

    What I want to know is why haven't the board, who claim they are open and transparent, said a word about this until the EFL have issued a statement? They knew there was an investigation by their openness and transparency didn't go as far as to mention a little detail like being investigated by the EFL

    This pre-season just gets better and better and better.

    I reckon the BIG NEWS will be "Fellow Reds. Although we will start next season in the bottom tier, with a massive points deduction, the club will rise like a Phoenix from the flames and we want YOU to be part of the journey. This is a MASSIVE chance to reset the club and start a journey up the leagues. Be part of it from only £400 per ST".

    I bet most fans weren't aware of the EFL statement before our own statement.

    Anyone else sick of us always getting in to trouble with the EFL? It's been a regular occurrence over a number of years now. Just when we think we get sorted with something, another EFL issue pops up. It's not even one issue, it's an handful of them.

    I wonder if there may be one solitary season in our lifetime where we don’t loose the manager, sell all the silverware and have complete turmoil. It’s every year now just once it would be nice to sign a few players early on and plod along with preseason with no drama. Alas not this year
