    No, I agree. And that's why they're banned. But there's a big difference between the 'flares' that folk speak of and these smoke cannisters.

    The Bradford City trajedy has not been learned if these continue to be used, as well as a health issue they are a potential weapon in the wrong/careless hands a few weeks of zero tolerance by all clubs will see their demise in use.
