I don't think it does personally.

If I'm running a business, and a vocal minority is hurling abuse at a member of my staff for doing his job (albeit one who's suffered a dip in productivity), I'd be more inclined to engage with them in a positive manner, rather than getting rid of that employee on a whim.

CAVEAT: I know it's not a business as such, but it's how we're run these days. I don't really like it either.

That doesn't mean a great deal. I've looked at our ticketing website randomly at times when I must have been the only one the Barnsley FC ticket site such as at about 2am on a Thursday morning in February and it's come up with the same message about 3 quarters of the time. I can only assume that it's the Ticketmaster servers in general that are busy not the Barnsley section.

And in case you were wondering it's because I built a replica of oakwell on Minecraft with the exact number of seats in each stand so had to visit a lot to check.

A lot of traffic to one site can slow it down and also few on these threads and social media have said they have renewed since he's gone

Surely.its better for the club if they can get more people in? You may have parted with you money a little earlier but you'd have still spent it either way.

I can't remember what I used for the west stand bogs at all

It started because I built myself a big house etc and thought I'd build a gym in the back 'garden' so I made a crude basketball court and football pitch then tried to improve them to a decentish standard with some basic stands then I randomly got the urge to go for it and built an almost perfect oakwell. Did one with the west in place and then made a second (copied and pasted) stadium which I changed to make my idea oakwell with corners all filled in etc. took a lot of hours

 

I can imagine! But there's something therapeutic about tinkering away on Minecraft. I mean, it's utterly pointless, yet at the same time a nice way to pass the time. I quite like it.
