With regards to the far end of the West Stand Loko, from what I know, there's no toilets and food kiosks in that side anymore. Are there plans to address that, and any other building work that might need to be done, or at least any sort of temporary measures that can be put in place to make it use able, e.g. Portaloo's and burger vans?

I'm not suggesting we should have it open all the time, but it would be good to have as a contingency plan in case other areas of the ground are unexpectedly deemed unsafe like tonight.

Also, does the club have to ensure the repairs are carried out to the ground, or will it be the councils responsibility with them owning the stadium?

Absolutely embarrassing, just when things start looking up, it’s two steps back again. Does this even happen to other clubs in the EFL or just us? Someone needs to take responsibility & start paying for the upkeep of the ground if Oakwell is where we’re staying, let’s stop being so tinpot ffs!

Just a thought, is this linked to the closing of Beevor court? Has the been known about for some time & suddenly got worse? It just seems to me that the club are doing all they can to make Oakwell as unattractive as possible. Maybe this is the groundwork being laid for a new ground in the future.

It's the clubs responsibility, see my post above that shows information on the lease.

I'm also surprised at the west stand thing. Couldn't they have brought in a load of portaloos for tonight and burger vans? Would have made the problem much easier to deal with

Who's paying for the new ground? I can't see it happening.

    It will be on Ifollow.
I'm not going due to being made up with cold so my evening is sorted.
I guess the club hopes that more people will follow suit.

They don't have a license for a spider tranny which means they can't infiltrate the bearings or deploy a splonge
