He'd only been there 5 months though hadn't he? I wanted him to stay but I didnt particularly take to his way of playing or connect with him as manager as I did Hecky or Stendel. Still did the job though as regards keeping us up.

They released him because it was situation that was too good to be missed by both parties. Now dont get me wrong i wasnt bothered either way but at the end of the day i assume he wanted the players we have signed recently.Fans in general unhappy with how we were performing,so why on earth would the board improve his contract. Also this crap about accommodating his demands,he must have known full well what the plan is at BFC when he signed.

Can't remember how long he'd been at Wolfsberger before we got him

Playing against Beckhams side tonight on Sky, surely he won't be involved - Struber not Beckham :)

The management couldn't wait to tell us there was a buy out clause triggered. As if for some strange reason that they had achieved a goal. It supports my argument that ive made many times over the last 12 months, that the plan is primarily about selling players and staff on ahead of our competitive development on the pitch

We`re getting used to losing coaches before it were managers.

If you take temporary Managers out we’ve had 18 in last 20 years, perhaps we’ve become accustomed to coaches not staying.
