    Starting to have my own mini-panic now. I've redeemed using Silk on
    Having the same problems myself.

    @Redhelen - worth nothing this depending on what browser you've used on your Firestick. Silk doesn't work so I'm trying to figure out the alternative now.

    That's exactly what I see. I can play highlights videos but not full matches (as it thinks I'm using a browser on a tablet).
    I emailed the Ifollow address that Whitey posted (to ask them to delete that device so I could register on my laptop) and got a crap reply this morning.

    I was having the same issues as the post you're quoting but Firefox on the laptop and a HDMI cable has fixed it. Panic over.

    I registered the code via Silk, it is in my account and works on the laptop as well, so doesn't look like it is tied to the device.

    I think that's because you've entered the code on a browser maybe? I think if you had put the code in to the iPad app then it would have not gone on to work on a laptop?

    I've no idea. But I thought Silk was working as soon as the redemption was accepted so I'm glad I read all the comments in this thread and decided to check

    We did advise folk of the best way to watch, and the 'one device only' issue. Drop me a message and I'll try and help, but I'm not sure how at this stage.

    Having a quick glance through, I assume I’m having the same issue as everybody else? I can watch the brief highlights on ifollow but not the extended? Whenever I click the extended highlights it I get the pop up saying ‘follow your team your way’ with the audio pass options. I’ve tried Mozilla & Chrome & also using the laptop I registered the code on

    That's because it's not free to watch the extended highlights. You should be able to watch a full match replay, if you can do that you'll be fine as it's the exact same thing for live games.

    'Watch Now' in the red and white box with the camera logo is what you're looking for rather than the extended highlights or brief highlights.

    Downloaded Firefox to my laptop after I saw Whitey say it was the recommended browser to use. HDMI cable to the TV.

    I think if you redeem it on a browser you're ok as it sits in your account as oppose to on a device. Who knows!

    Looks OK now just watched start of Cardiff match - should have picked a better one ! Hopefully everyone will get the tech stuff sorted we'll have the best distancing away following tomorrow ! COYR

    Mate you did but thought I could do it different as some people on here could. However, like a dimwit, I've just tried something I'd not done before (having read Loko's post) and it's all working on the laptop and must have been working all along.

    Unable to log in with my Ipad pro for 2 days now by either face recognition ID or typing details in. Had no issues prior to this and no problems logging in with I phone the device I’m on now. Any ideas anyone, cheers
