Have you tried completely turning it off and on again? Holding the power button for about 5 to 10 seconds should allow you to power it off.
If you don’t remember your password there’s a messenger service on the site that you can chat with support and they’ll reset it.
Any ideas if password works on another device (mine), but my mum cant get in on her ipad mate? She's tried through chrome browser and firefox.. Just freezes on sign in page.

Do you have to watch live content via the app, or will the website work? I'm logged in and uploaded content works, but I'm only really bothered about the live matches.
I have the App on my phone, but never really use it other than to check our videos have gone on properly etc. Since iFollow's inception three years ago (I think), I've always used the Firefox web browser on my Macbook with zero issues. Everyone in the industry agrees it's the most reliable way. That isn't to say it won't work on other devices. But there's a risk in this case, as the code is device specific.
Well, I've got in from work full of hope that either mine or my son's code will have dropped in the old in box( or spam box) but unfortunately not. Am I surprised? Not really. Am I annoyed? Yes, but short of someone legitimate to aim the frustration at, there's nowt else I can do except hope there's something in the post tomorrow....I'm not holding mi breath. I just hope they don't make me regret renewing my season ticket.
Really disappointed to be honest, surely I’m not the only one who hasn’t had any contact. Nothing whatsoever, my email was alright though when I renewed my season ticket earlier in the week. Edit: I forgot about this thread to be honest, even though I’ve participate within it.
