i think, and i'm to technology what gary glitter is to child care that it only works to one device/e-mail, now to be honest that could be the vodka talking
I’ve heard this regarding 1 device but how does I follow know which device you have registered the code on? Your only using a browser to register the code I get the point you can’t log in twice at the same time but it’s physically not possible for I follow to keep a track which device you are using. I registered it on my iPhone but today watched Cardiff game pre lockdown on my smart tv using same account
Not really followed this thread properly so don't shoot me down for saying this but I haven't been sent a code. Checked my account email address clear and correct , current season ticket holder but def not been sent a code, checked spam, am I only one left?!
I've managed to get it from my notebook to my smart tv by using chromecast. Although typically it worked perfectly until I redeemed my code and since then the picture has stuttered and the commentator sounds like he's underwater. Might have to stick with the notebook if it's like that tomorrow and then invest in HDMI before the next match.
My son has a Samsung android phone. Bizarrely it casts the pre-match adverts, but blacks out the match itself. I'm starting to wonder if the EFL actually want any fans. They seem to be going the extra mile when it comes to winding folk up. Its a shame they're not run by Beth and @YTBFC.
So match day. No code for 1 grandson and the code for my second grandson says code not valid. No response from I follow at all and no live chat button on the website that I can see. Tried jamdrops very helpful post but that didn't work either. All 3 follow accounts I have created come back as code invalid. Can anybody he'll at all
Are you signing in to iFollow with the same email address that the code has been sent to? One of Whitey's earliest posts advised us to align our email addresses so that everything matched up smoothly. That's how we did it and it worked first time. Good luck, mate.
If it said code invalid it won’t matter how many different accounts you try, it’s the code that’s at fault. Check you are entering it correctly (caps in the right place, no spaces, make sure you’re not entering O for 0 or lowercase L for capital i). If it still doesn’t work you need to contact the club ASAP to check you have been given the right code. The only other thing that’s possible is that it’s already been used (either by someone else guessing it or it did work earlier on one of the accounts you tried, you can test that by seeing if you can watch full match replays on any of them). I would expect it to throw up an error saying that it has already been used rather than invalid though.
Your only option is contacting the club so they can read it out to you/email/text you it if you provide them with the means to do so.
We have created an Ifollow account, but I claims the code is invalid. I thought it wouldn’t be straightforward!
Looking like another farce at the moment......no email.....ring 01226 211211, phone rings for one minute and then ends the call. Ring 01226 211183 picks up and puts you on hold then cuts off on five minutes. Try the EFL ifollow live chat....doesn't seem to exist.
We are hopefully sorted. My other code arrived today and the code that said not valid was because I had the same problem. Log into your I follow account and try to watch the full match of the Cardiff games. Don't put your code in because you have already done it
