@Farnham_Red @JamDrop Regards this, I am told that it shouldn't stop you watching the streams as you've redeemed your code. This was from one of the EFL's support team who aren't actually iFollow per se, so their advice remains to email ifollow@efl.com
It's one code per season ticket holder. So you should receive the other codes too. They're being sent out in stages. Let me know this time tomorrow if they're still not with you.
Just tried firefox and it won't work on that, either. I don't have any pm's and nothing in the chat column.
I mean tomorrow buddy, naturally. Assuming you've still not got sorted. JamDrop's suggestion/help is about as good an idea as any.
I can't find an option to PM you. I've started a private chat with you below. Can you PM me and then I'll reply?
I think it's best for me to have another go later. It's unusual for me to get as angry as I have and it's not a side of me I particularly like. I'll look at it with a fresh pair of eyes later.
So it’s not recognised my email .this is going well then ! Having seen others saying no joy from I follow god knows what to do
I'll copy what I've already suggested to Kev earlier. I would advise you to create a new email account just for this purpose. There are many free ones. THIS is a good option. And, using Firefox browser (it's the one we use and seems to be less buggy than others regards iFollow). Then sign up for iFollow's basic package (free) by clicking here. Then, enter your redeem code HERE and hopefully you'll be fine. I wish I could be of better help. The Box Office is open now though, weekdays 10am until 4pm. Maybe one of our lovely staff in there could help? Don't give in on it. You are entitled to the streams. Like I say, in an ideal world I'd fix everyone's issues but it's difficult.
Won’t that effect my ticket registration though . Sorry to be a pain this should be straight forward my normal email should work
You can't watch the content behind the paywall, that remains for paid subscribers only. You are able to watch all the previous FULL MATCH REPLAYS though, as well as the live streams.
Cats never came anywhere near our garden when we had the dogs, old mate. I think I'll bark at it next time! I don't like cats, never have done. But I would never hurt one, even if it's an uninvited guest in our garden.
No, it won't affect it. And no need to be sorry. I want to help. And yes, it's a pain for some, and should work etc. I know all this. But if you follow what I suggested, you'll be fine.
