    The problem is , the immense pressure head coach is under ,due to results based industry.
    They would rather have experience in than chuck good young uns in as its there own job which is on the line.
    Sadly we are more likely to get loan players in and coach them to match fitness than bring our own youngsters thru.
    That's the sad reality.
    Marshy got sent out on loan to scunny and got crocked in his 3rd game.
    Ackers had a great run playing non league footy.
    Here's hoping the new coach can look to the young uns to progress.
    What's been said earlier about the 18s is bang on.
