I doubt Ludewig will give a **** about this- thankfully- given where he's now ended up.

I can't remember anything of late that has received universal condemnation on here- fair play to some of the posters who tend to be supportive of the ownership for condemning it too.

 

It's difficult to know who to dislike most amongst the powers that be at Oakwell these days. It's a world class unpopularity competition.

I'd like to think Conway was behind this but I think I'd rather resign than take one for the team and put my name to that.

 

I've really tried to be objective re the "new" owners and I will continue to be. Until we know all the facts about all the **** that's flying around that's what I'll continue to do...try and be objective. Too many unanswered questions to formulate a considered judgement....in my opinion.
Similarly with Dane, I wanted to give him a chance before I formed an opinion. I thought he was making a good effort to get closer to us as fans and I was optimistic particularly after his last couple of messages.
However, this shockingly awfully bad statement and the totally disrespectful reference to Killians "inconsistency" is truly appalling.
Whoever wrote it and approved it needs to issue an apology. Those crass words are not in our (fans) name and I hope that someone at the club is reading this thread and rectifies it.
The lad is a proper cracking footballer and at the start of his career he does not deserve this. He was a breath of fresh air for us and like many others on here I wish him every success for the future.
Get a grip for ***** sake.

Some are still defending them still towing the party line. I'm begining to think some posters on here are really Murphy and Conman in disguise.

There was a recent post suggesting the dissatisfaction some fans have with the Board and CEO is because they’re “foreign” and said fans are therefore xenophobic, small minded or whatever.

That kinda misses the point. Which is that Americans often don’t get other standards or ways of doing things but steam ahead with their own and leave it to the others to fit in. And they really don’t get football or a club’s history, culture or heartbeat.

And that’s exactly what Conway and his mouthpiece Dane are demonstrating so vividly here.

I don't know what the general opinion is, but after performing fantastically well last season, I think our manager (or ex-manager) has acted appallingly too. Just because the board are lower than a python's testicles, it shouldn't make it a race to the gutter.

You may have been their employee Struber, but where were we in your thinking when you said that about our club, when you put out that team to represent us? How **** do you think life is at the moment for most of us Gerhard? Job losses, deaths in our families, genuine depression, looking to our football club for some relief. You thought about us did you, after being paid handsomely to be given a chance in English football, after you were given funds to sign your players. We were on your mind when you deliberately engineered your move out of here to get your new dream job, leaving the board with no move other than to sack you, had they not been holding out for compensation, because you trampled all over your commitment to our town and our football team. Shame on you. You're utterly worthless.
