I was hoping to hear him say we’d be switching to xyz formation, but that would give away his tactics, so hopefully he springs the surprise on all of us at 3pm on Saturday
So just to be clear - Biglil wants us to be rubbish and not win on Saturday or again this season. Then he is going to move to S6 and buy a 10 Year Season Ticket at SWFC. That`s obviously what he is trying to say and no-one can convince me otherwise!!!
I'd say schopps biggest problem is himself....he's like a rabbit caught in the headlights.....we go on about players not ready for the step up to championship football... step forward schopp...out of his depth big time in my opinion ....
I get that. I really do. However, he can't seem to motivate the team any at all. When that 11 crosses the line, they should give 100%. I can put up with lack of ability, but I can't tolerate a lack of effort. The players don't seem to want to play for Schopp. Something's definitely amiss here
Well don’t know about XYZ formation but it’s certainly Row Z formation , the. Player to hit it most times in a game wins but we struggling for even that .
Nothing summed up more than him giving Cole a start who then earned himself a one on one with the keeper and then didn’t finish off the chance. Surprised Schopp didn’t hand his resignation in then tbh as it’s clear nothing is going to go his way with us.
I'd love a win but I just can't see it happening I don't even see where the next goal is coming never mind win. After watching games like Blackpool and millwall we could still have been playing now and wouldn't have scored. Like the poster above says people talk about inexperienced players but I think its the inexperienced manager who's the problem.
I've said this before, but he seems to be over protective with injured players and new players. I'm not saying we rush things, but there is a happy medium. A quarter of the way into the season and some of the new players have not been eased in at all (Vita), and only slightly eased in (Gomes).
But we should have scored against Millwall. I didn't see the Blackpool game, only the goal, but the stats looked pretty grim. I don't think we can ignore the player changes. Mowatt was a huge loss. And Benson may have quality, but he'll be a better player when he gets knowhow into his game. Experience does help in certain situations. But I do think there are a lot of factors at play. And obviously the coach has to turn things around soon, or the opportunity for him to do so will have lapsed.
Blackpool was as grim as.... Blackpool its self, and devante Cole should have scored against millwall but it was a good save his 1st start for ages after been dropped to the 23s he had a decent game to be fair
Yeh spot on' gomes looks a player but is left on the bench and a centre back moved into midfield' crazy' looking forward to seeing vita and Oulare the mystery man...
Lose on Saturday then if I were Schopp I'd revert to Vals tactics to see if he can get the players mojo back. It might not be the prettiest but by gum its the most effective.
What I've seen so far hasn't been pretty at all sideways backwards, very few meaningful attacks some games no shots on target at all. I'm not sure what schopps style is and I've watched every game this season. If we lose i hope he walks.
Without Dike and/or Morris up there, that won’t work. Schopp needs to do something though because what we’re doing at the minute clearly isn’t working.
