He’s never played as a holding midfielder as a football league player has he? Thought he played mainly as a full back at Accrington which is what made us sign him?

 

They've probably read this forum.

 

Crazy post on their forum claiming they were in for him when we signed him, they know all about what he has to offer and we didn't get the best out of him.

What they're overlooking is that we were playing two leagues higher last season.

I we tried him at full back and centre back and he was a honest hard working lad, but you can't grow pace.

If Luton had Lindsay, Pinnock and jacko to choose from, I doubt Pearson would be first on their team sheet.

Good luck to him. Didn't disgrace himself with us.

 

I think he has good league one potential but I can understand the decision to let him go. Good luck Matty.
