We’ve had all sorts of coaches/managers down the years. I hope he’s only like this with the media, but I can’t think of more depressing interviews. Hill was at least entertaining. Even Schopp gave some form of information and opinion. With Asbaghi, I genuinely think you could not bother with any interviews, and we’d not be bothered or feel we were missing out on insights. We could have a blancmange sat in front of a mic and I’d feel it had given a better account of events.
I sort of feel sorry for schopp and poya with the card they have been dealt in the summer with poor recruitment but they dont help them selfs either awful appointments the pair of them.
What information were people hoping to get. We know we have 14 players training, we know he’s not going to go into details of who’s got covid, and we know Helik is still doubtful and Halme still isn’t training. He can’t give any info on transfers because there’s nothing to say. I’m more bothered about the fact that he thought it was a good idea to play Brittain on the left flank and have him try to cut in and score himself, rather than cross it in for Morris from the right.
At least Keith came out and said he was walking a tightrope with a broken leg. Entertainment if owt else
He's downbeat, a bit surly and totally uninspiring. A public relations disaster. Just what the club needed then...
Who's picking the team this week then, Poya or Khaled? Swedish dream team down at oakwell these days.
Cant be Khaled. He's too busy trying to decide whether the west stand was closed for safety or operational reasons and whether it was or wasn't because it meant we didn't need to put stewards in the stand.
He’ll be gone once we get relegated I wouldn’t trust him to get us promoted based on the damp squid since his arrival. Another poor decision when considering what we needed when he joined.
