No, he's not, Gally said it and he quoted Gally. And to be fair to Gally, not his usual type of post, he was just a bit pissed off.

Look at the quotes mate :)

I was quoting Gally not the club. I also know he probably didn't mean it as black and white as that.

    Not a problem.
I think with people's money involved it makes it more emotive. Truth be told I don't actually care about the money for the 4 games. I just feel like asking for a refund because of how I feel about how the club is run. It's just a viewpoint I have. I could have it totally wrong. And despite that, when I can go again I have no doubt i will.

It’s not wrong if that’s how you feel.
There is no right or wrong.

Judging by the announcement, next season's season ticket price might be a really competitive and discounted one anyway, so sensibly they're trying to find ways to maintain that income and offer a solution that avoids a refund.

    It sure is.

If I upset anyone last night then I apologise. But I just think yet again it's piss poor communication from the club - ambiguous wording with the option of the refund tucked away down at the bottom.

I've no problem with the club renewing contracts then trying to avoid giving out refunds.

I've got a problem with the owners trying to buy a 4th club, then trying to avoid giving out refund.

people actually believe what they say or said
you really believe those reasons or is that a excuse by them to not put money into the club(if they actually have any )..
The irony of that is the premier league have refused to bail the championship out.
a lot of clubs may and will go under if bail out money doesn't come from the government or somewhere else and if the investors arent prepared to put some of there money in to stop that
we will be one of the first if not the first.
they registered the company as a limited company offshore.
    so no comebacks
if anything happens ,they cannot be held liable for any debts the club has , cant be sued , anything they own or any business they are part of cant be taken off them or held responsible to pay the debts

Seems very clear to me. Don’t understand what people are confused about?

Whatever you do, you’re not just giving money away to the club. The tickets will be used whatever option you take. By taking the refunds, you will be impacting the club cash flow. That’s the only difference.

I really don’t know what more people expected the club to do?

As for Conway taking “significant amounts” out of the club. He took the CEO salary while doing that job. It’s not like he made a new job up for himself, that money would have been spent no matter who was doing the job... I don’t see why the fact it was Conway should make a difference.

As for next season, I think it’s extremely unlikely that we will get to games next season. Even if the club/government allows it, I’ll not be attending games until there’s a vaccine.

Offshore is to do with tax reduction. Every single LTD company registered in the UK enables the directors not to be liable for any debts as you describe.

    Opening sentence.

"We now are able to offer 2019/20 members clarity on how either cancellation or resumption (behind closed doors) of the current Sky Bet Championship season impacts remaining entitled fixtures."

Which bit of the statement covers the "resumption (behind closed doors)" aspect?

If the season does restart behind closed doors, how does the fact that I've already paid to see those remaining home games get converted into me being able to see those games - either through Ifollow or whatever?

Basically I'd like to know if I'll have to shell out again to watch those 4 games, before I decide if I need to claim my ST part-refund.

Or have they been deliberately vague about that because they don't think there's a hope in hell of completing the season?

How many season ticket holders do we have? If everyone "donates" 4 games that's going to be a hell of a lot of tickets isn't it? Could take years.

I would like to know how I can go abut getting a refund on the 2 QPR tickets I have sat at home! It mentions this but doesn't say if and when this can be done and that the box office is still closed!? I'd rather have this £66 back than the ST money!

Jack Walton would’ve been adequate back up for 9 games I’d have thought. Really not a fan of Radlinger and I certainly wouldn’t have used any more precious cash on paying him to stay.
