I once said to Patrick reduce the cost of replica shirts at xmas. ( make em affordable for those on low incomes) Due to em being the trend for just one year and we were nearly half way through. Basically though it's one of the best periods to raise revenue. If they do get reduced. ( and that happens normally, just before the close season)I suppose the vouchers if applicable to kits will make em more attractive to buy.
One of the biggest issues is that they miss Father's Day every single season. Hardly ever has it been out by then. But when it has, I got one and my dad got one. And I'm sure loads of others did. Surely that should he the target release date, cos it's then hardly ever bought in my family otherwise.
They have in the past. Maybe one of the shirts anyway. I'm just pointing out the father's Day bit how it's only time I ever got one bought for me. And bought my dad's. Which in turn makes me fork out for my lads as well.... It's rarely hit father's Day in recent years anyway
No I agree, father's Day makes sense commercially, although some might say it's a bit of an outdated notion that blokes are the only ones wearing the shirts...
Yet again people who give a **** having to do the work of those who don't. Thankyou to all who actually care (which I appreciate is the majority of the day to day staff)
Thanks @YTBFC for helping sort it but it's going to be a bit dull on here now the vouchers have been sorted out!
I think it’s incumbent on us to rip the pi$$ out of what the vouchers might be for…at least until Jan 17th
Not really outdated. There are a small percentage of females watch Barnsley and an even smaller percentage who have a club shirt. I have no figures but I doubt more than 5-10% of shirt sales are for females.
It’s fine until about the 18th or 19th when we see the vouchers are 100 lots of 50p off a pie … only one to be used per fixture
