    I’d suggest it’s absolutely no coincidence. I’d guess somebody somewhere has ballsed up and box office have been onto ticketmaster today to get it sorted

    Mine just arrived too. BUT, can I still use last season's card or do I physically go and have to pick up a new one? I aint using no stinkin digital thing on my phone.

    You can use last seasons card if thats what you requested. (My choice) There was another option to choose a new one. (To pick up or posted)
    The QR codes are different with the physical and digi pass so it wont be automatic i assume. (I received my digi pass this afternoon ) But it was said this morning both will be issued. I never thought to ask if it would be 2 different emails.
    I wonder if they are sent via 2 different parties .

    But First time that happened to me or summat similar . Mi lad said cos tha's got a samsung dad. :oops:. I've never bought a phone in mi life. Kids hand me downs lol.

    Didn't get a choice re new card or upload to old card. If I wanted a physical card they wanted £2.00 if collected. Digital came 2 to 3 weeks late but I picked up card today so that was more or less within the timescale of my email confirmation.

    Nowt like that happened to me. That's why I replied to Gimson and the Barnsley with that post for if it was a similar case to mine.

    Yours seems to reflect other folks earlier posts..
    Seems a lot of confusion in the first week or so of sales. Comms within the club and Ticketmaster.
    Not sure why as the Advert prior to sales was pretty clear in my view. I posted a link on an earlier post.
    I think some clubs are moving away from ticketmaster as there are so many variables to contend with.
    Not able to purchase others tickets with same account.
    Discount add ons.
    Modern technology :confused:

    My disabled pass arrived this afternoon but no pass for my carer nor pass for car park.

    Is it first time carer added mate.
    Only reason I ask. I have to take my mate to the club or pick up myself his Tickets and Carers as it can't be done online. I'll ask and get back.
    Edit. It was impossible to do online years ago. So he has never tried that way since. But thinks things have improved.

    Mine arrived this afternoon but Could I care ? 50+ years supporting - never felt so not excited about a new season! Last year we had a Champ team in L1 - unlike some I had optimism. Next year we have an Academy Team in L1. I have no optimism. No interest. Not even put the fixtures in my diary. Cannot believe BFC has always been my life!
