I think he'll be one of those who takes a while to settle in. Not getting a regular place won't help, but I'm glad we have him in the squad. I actually like what I've seen of him so far, not that this amounts to much game time. Looking forward to seeing his goal later. Great hearing the commentary online for a change. Hope we go on to get our usual FA Cup win against the Trotters.

Well if it was, it hasn't.

They stuck floodlights on 10 minutes before kick off

Here's the description of our second goal:

33' Outstanding diag from Kitching, first-time lay-off on the volley from Williams, and Phillips takes one touch before rifling into the top corner. What a goal.

ANOTHER top class assist from Jordan Williams. So glad he is back

    It was exactly as described.

Might I add, before the switch by Liam. We had 2 players on the floor injured. Passed it around slowly, and just as I was complaining to kick it out. Liam did that, Williams did that, and Phillips, did exactly that. Cracking build up and goal

Btw, Andy cole is far out in front for MOM so far

Yes, the commentator has given Cole lots of praise. Maybe he is getting some stick from the home fans because of his Dad?

The half time summary just bigged up Cadden as well for the first goal. Great cross dissected our two forwards but the defender panicked and put it in. I suspect Nicky will be our assists king this season. If only the forwards could get on even half of his crosses we would win every match!

Cadden’s defensive side leaves a bit to be desired but you’re right with the crosses. He’s put in so many good crosses this season already, should have more assists really.

    When did we sign him?

I would imagine we could as a free agent.

The Radio Manc commentary is very complimentary towards us today. Sounds like the lads are playing really well. I just hope we don't concede sometime soon, and then they go and get a replay.

Seven minutes extra - due to our time wasting according to the now extremely biased Radio Manc commentators. Funny that - every team does it when they are winning against us. About time we gave some back but I hope this idiot Mr Boyeson doesn't keep playing until they equalise.

Pleased that Duff/the Club took the game seriously. Great result. Looking forward to the Draw Monday night.

Duff just needs to give Evatt a smack!

Evatt "persuaded" down the tunnel at the end. What IS his problem? He really is an angry young man :D
