They might have a category system like we had .I can remember us charging Bristol City £30 a few years ago
Don't think it works like that. Unless reciprocal pricing is agreed. A club can only charge away fans the same as home fans. With a similar view. Used to be the rule. Ponti end Adults, cat A game. £25 cat B £23. So I assume Reverse fixture will be £25 max. Although a club can issue offers to home fans a limited number of times. Sure someone will correct me if any of the above is wrong.
The league game there last season was £23 so Greed-flation is clearly alive and kicking in Horwich. There's engineering works between Manchester and Bolton and a rail replacement bus service.
My lad wanted to go to this one, and I was quite happy to take him, as I’ve only been to Bolton twice, but both in the early 80s, so never at the new stadium. But £91 for 2 tickets and 2 seats on the coach to see what will probably be a drab defeat in a 3rd tier game. Nah. £25 for that Tim Buckley LP I want, £10 for an in-game purchase on whatever game he’s currently playing on the PS for the boy and I’m still £50+ better off.
£19 for a 12 year old. So with a booking fee that's £50 for me and the lad, before fuel and food is factored in. No thanks.
That's exactly what I'm doing. Great, family friendly club Fleetwood. My lad was mascot there last season and they couldn't have been more accommodating.
