    Yet you were also reading and posting on this board at te same time. Some support you must have given the team.

    I left at 5-0 on 75 mins because not only have I got stuff to do tonight but it was painful to watch.

    Am I right in thinking that to not be branded a lovely person or a wnaker I'm supposed to have given my money, endured an awful display and still have cheered the team afterwards? I'm not going boo or berate the team but I'm certainly not going to applaud that performance.

    There's only one lovely person in this thread.

    I really hope you're not fishing, of all days today isn't the day.

    On the other hand, branding half of the core support we get down at Oakwell a lovely person isn't any better.

    Hope the cocoa has calmed you down. I stayed and applauded them off today too........they deserved that for all their efforts over the last few months. We don't start being **** all of a sudden. I would disagree with anyone who ever accused this set of players of not trying - as some on this thread are suggesting.
    Top and bottom of it today ? Charlton did us at our own game - pressed us to death. Keep the faith and keep scrapping!

    Tom, I left with my lad at 5-0, with ten minutes left. First time I've ever left a game early. Any game anywhere. We have a longish trip home, so I decided we'd seen enough. Where does that put me on your sliding scale of puerile insults? Clearly not a lovely person, as they all went with 30 left. I'm interested. Maybe you can meet me and the lad on Tuesday night and tell us to our faces. Grow up, ffs.
