    *Rolls eyes*

Four weeks ago I thought I could buy my season ticket, I had the money, but due to having to fork out for a few things unexpectedly I no longer have the money. So when I did phone originally I was intending to renew and did have the money.

common sense got on its bike and fcked off away from this thread a long time ago. It's always someone else's fault. It's not Paolo's responsibilty to let people know he's moved house in good time.

Can I just say at this point...

...I told the club I had changed address TWELVE years ago (several times) and they are still sending Centenary correspondance to my parents address.

all i can say is the club is incompetant at the best of times as no real idea on how to treat customers and 4 weeks notice to change an address ..i'm sorry but even my blind grandad could manage that in 4 weeks ...i cant believe at any point of the season it can be classed as "too late to change address"
No idea down there i am afraid but again i will be "wrong" and a "whinger" so i better change my approach
" i love the way the club cannot deal with customers and consistantly trys its damn hardest to make a season ticket harder to buy, oh yes nearly forgot the staff in the box office are really friendly too"!!!!

think about it, the club won't send out the renewal forms themselves...

they will pay another company to do it, rather than the admin staff do it.

Therefore "its too late the CD has already gone" or whatever it was will refer to the cd they gave to the outsourced company, to print and send out etc...
