Complete shambles this now. Horses swimming over the line. Complete lottery. We've just had a mud lover win at 50s - just have a look through the form and stick a few bob each way on anything that likes the deep end.

Turning into a bit of a mess, this. Thankfully had £10 E/W on Ashdale Bob. I've taken out cover bets on some 40/1 plodders. I'm expecting Fulham to complain about the conditions.
If he takes to the obstacles, I can certainly see it. I've had small plays on Easysland and Shady Operator as both go in the mud. Glad Shishkin seems OK - I initially feared injury.
Never heard that before from the usually sporting Cheltenham crowd. Never mind, Delta Work was being cheered home here at Kaht Towers!
Yes Helen. Tiger Roll won the Triumph Hurdle as a four year old juvenile hurdler back in 2014. He won this cross country chase in 2018, 2019 and 2021, and finished second in 2020. He won the 2018 and 2019 Grand Nationals. This was announced as his last race, and clearly people were thinking that the fairy tale would be completed with a third win in today's renewal of the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase. The problem was that he had shown no form in two runs this season and is now twelve years old. In the circumstances, his three years younger stablemate Delta Work had form at a higher level and was effectively taking a drop in class in this race. Punters often smell a rat when a seemingly lesser-fancied stablemate wins a high profile race. But in this instance Delta Work was backed in from 6/1 this morning to 5/2 favourite at the off. His form was there for all to see. Unfortunately, that didn't stop a certain section of the crowd booing, which is out of character for the usually sporting Cheltenham crowd. It was a magnificent race, and Tiger Roll lost nothing in defeat. It was a terrific training performance by Gordon Elliott to produce his two horses to fight out that finish, although clearly the outcome was not to everybody's satisfaction!
Terrifically interesting day yesterday. Today I'm with: 2.10 Sire Du Berlais/Dunboyne 3.30 Champ 4.50 Dinoblue I make Dinoblue one of the bets of the week following her 15 length win on debut at Clonmel (heavy going).
I expect the first three races to go with the betting. There’s some good value from 3.30 onwards - all pretty open races. Another vote for Dinoblue here.
1:30 Does Cheltenham need a fifth day? 2:10 Ballyandy. 2:50 Eldorado Allen. 3:30 Klassical Dream. 4:10 Imperial Alcazar. 4:50 Love Envoi. 5:30 Cat Tiger.
Agree mate. I'm still smarting and licking my wounds from yesterday. I backed a few horses in each race. Had my hopes of anything substantial dashed by the weather.
