As much as I like 442 I don't think now is the time for more chopping and changing. If we want any chance of survival we need a stable starting eleven and formation. By all means have options on the bench to change mid-game if it becomes necessary, but 433 has been steadily improving (performance wise, if not in the results department) so I'd stick with it.

Finishing is our problem. If we could iron out the poor finishing we could hammer teams week in, week out.
