I agree with this get yourself doing the jobs you have been putting off and at the end of the day when you have time think you will have that sense of achievement and a job well done competing with those thoughts that get you down. Good luck.

A few years ago I hit rock bottom and the hardest thing for me was opening up to talk and ask for help. I'm happy that you have done that because it is a massively positive step. I eventually spent a bunch of time with a therapist that I could open up to and it was lifechanging. Things are changing all the time and I am forever curious about what comes next. I am sitting waiting for tonight's game to start in a bar in Albania (using their WiFi cos it is free and they have some good German beer) Hopefully we win and I head to bed with a smile. As others have said try staying positive but don't beat yourself up for a bad day.
