    Yes, similar cuts from the same areas. As Paris Tyke states above you marinade it in white wine vinegar, olive oil and herbs overnight and this break down the tough tissue fibres. You can then cook it like a normal steak, for £4 you can get double the size of your normal sirloin. Barkers in the market sell it, but you have to ask for it.
