I remember South Riding highlighting Mal Shotton having a particularly poor game. "Turning circle like the Ark Royal" I think was how they called it.

    Sounds about right lol

Some funny stuff in there, and also some a bit close to the bone.

David Hirst took exception to some of the "satire" if memory serves me right.

Only been there once, back in the 80s, evening game between Christmas and New Year, drew 1-1. Can't remember anything about the game except Andy Rhodes saving a penalty. Anyone else there?

    28th December 1983. Attendance 8,960.

    Anyone know the scorers?

From mid 80s to early 90s I rarely missed, so probably went, but memory is getting a bit hazy.

    I can remember the 5 0 hammering, and a 3 1 win. Calvin plummer?

A little bit but he was alright in the end.

It was more fun in those days. If I submitted my Adam Armstrong's School for Delicate Girls article to WSB I'd probably be sued not threatened with a scrap outside Whispers like the good old days.

Aye , loved south riding and was gutted when it stopped although better red than dead was a decent enough replacement, the less said about yoo reds and dizzy (s)heights fanzines that cropped round about the prem' promotion season the better, sithi.

When me and Malcolm set up Better Red Than Dead. I wanted to call it Red or Dead but there was talk of a cease and desist letter from the dodgy clothes firm of the same name. Like you could get the two confused...

And I think by the end of that 1991-92 season Aggie had gone 'initially' on loan to Portsmouth.
They are obviously missing the goals of Jordan Rhodes now and I cant feel much sympathy for them to be honest. The Burnsley fans are loving it though as they hate Blackburn (they call them the bastids or bastidos) :D
