Our relegation squad of 2022 contained 3 players who are now in the Premier League, (4 if you include Walton), Morris, Woodrow and Andersen, along with 3 players now in the Championship, Collins, Brittain and Helik, (4 if you include Styles, who will probably be there before the window closes). How on earth did that squad end the 2021-2 season rock bottom in the table? Surely this shows how disastrous both head coach appointments were that season. If Ismael had stayed, or Duff had been appointed to replace him, it's almost certain we'd still be in the Championship.
