If Chansiri and his family have been threatened then the culprits should be charged and if appropriate given lifetime bans.Too many scumbags who think they have a right to intimidate other people. The guy has indeed pumped his own money into the club and the pork fans should at least be grateful for that aspect of his tenure. However the guy really does need to look at himself regardless of what the fans think. He's been there long enough to get some stability, reorganise wage structures etc but he HAS failed to re-energise the club and him having to pump 2 million into it every month if that's the case shows the club is hemorrhaging. This comes on top of other 'financial tactics' employed in the past.
If Chansiri turns off the money tap though the club is on big trouble. The Champions League will have to be delayed by 6 months.

 

Its the same as all clubs who get a Sugar daddy. To start with they chuck money about like confetti and the fans love it and hes a god. I can remember on Owlstalk when Weds were doing well, buying players left right n centre and nearly making it to the premier, they were loving it, terms like 'we can blow everybody out of the water, in terms of transfer fee and wages' but now hes hated, its all his fault and please EFL step in.
Cant have it both ways, for obvious reasons ive never liked em, but after that day in May, and disrespect from their fans and players we were shown.... I hope they go bust, have to sell the ground to Tesco and I will do my big shop there every week wi my reds shirt on, with a big smile on my face.

A lot of our fans request statements off the board on a regular basis. Be careful what you wish for. Mr Chansiri seems to be putting one out every week which alienates the fan base even further every time. I was talking to a Wednesday fan the other week, and he was embarrassed at how Chansiri is insistent on trying to "clear his name" so to speak so publicly.

 

A monthly statement would be about right archey, what irks people is radio silence

I agree to some extent particularly with how bad the communication has been at times. But sometimes there's just nothing to communicate.

Take the Michael Duff saga for example, people were wanting a statement from the club as soon as there was a hint of interest from Swansea, despite Khaled giving an interview to Radio Sheffield the day before saying there'd been no approach from anyone.

 

Bloody hell, he does like a waffly aimless rant now and again doesn't he. That statement could be summed up as verbal diarrhoea.

 

I think we should start a petition - we want you to keep doing exactly what you’re doing Chansiri.
