Talented but small........... he'd be awsome at 5-a-side!

I honestly do think he's a decent player, but could be a world beater if he were a foot taller and had pace.

He seems to be getting alot of stick from the section of the crowd near me for not putting his foot in or challenging for headers......... I agree with some but they are a little harsh on the lads! e.g. even when Leon jumps for a ball against a 6ft 3" centre half he gets jipp.... Leon aint gonna win the header coz the other guys a foot taller, FACT! therefore why jeer him.... whether he jumps with his back to him or not, all he can atempt to do against the big lads
    if put them off.....

From what I've seen last few weeks he's created in the middle (his job), put in good set piece and given his all off the ball. But admittedly he has been pushed off the ball easily at times, but i'd expect that due to his size and stature. He does appear to be working harder off the ball, and has improved after hqaving a run of games.

    Fair play to the lad!

    cracking player, wrong league.

ideal for continental football with time and space on the ball, and not having to mix it up with the thugs of this league like chris morgan where he's worried about two footed challenges and "stray" elbows.

like his style of play though when he does get time on the ball.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

Agree with that. Looks good if allowed time to play, so most sides with an ounce of football knowledge won't give him time to play.

    Great from dead ball situations..

perhaps we should use our FA connected "director" to lobby for a rule change allowing players to be brought on just for dead balls?

Aside from that, lightweight, slow and largely ineffectual from open play.

Leon can't tackle and get's tackled all the time, but i actually agree in some ways his passing range is fantastic and he ofter makes amazing passes which there is nobody on the end of because they do not anticipate such cleaver passes
