    save yourself the hassel of dismantling and just get the air duster to blast it out and try that first.

    Can't see what the video is cos I'm at work, but you probably need to clean your heat sink. Google how to do it. It's usually fairly simple, although my last laptop had the cover held in place by torx screws so I had to saw it off with a penknife.

    You'll be amazed how much fluff is in there.
