The Beatles & The Rolling Stones. Neither have recorded anything worthwhile in my lifetime (and I'm 50+)

Talented yes, obviously he has good games but he is massively over-hyped. His tracking back leaves alot to be desired.

Think he’s up there with Salah for the number of Player of the Match awards.

The exact opposite is true. He’s criminally underrated. He’s been the best player in the premier league this season by a rare margin in my opinion.

Gets loads of underserved flack because he plays for Liverpool. Anyone that plays for either them or Man Utd tends to get over the top criticism if they make a mistake as a lot of people dislike their teams.

Just as a comparison look at Trippier. In the space of the last months he’s been terrible in four different games against Everton, Spurs, Chelsea & Forest & there’s barely a mention of it. If that was Trent you’d never hear the end of it.

Couldn’t disagree more. Can’t look on any social media without reading about how bad Trippier has been. He’s been absolutely slaughtered.

Not denying TTA’s abilities, but the level of swooning over him by pundits is ridiculous. He does some great things, but I can’t remember a player getting so much hype than him since Rooney played against us in his debut for Derby.

Genuine question though, has there been a better player in the premier league this season?

Haaland last season, Salah before that, Van Dijk, De Bruyne, Rooney, Ronaldo, Henry etc if you’re the top performer (or very close to it) in the best league in the world you deserve all the hype.

It’s a bit different to a shot to bits Wayne Rooney getting a load of hype for been the biggest name in the championship but not performing on the pitch.

Just off the top of my head.
I don’t dislike Arnold, i just think he’s over hyped.
