Don't think there are any rules about who can share what if you have access to it

So if you posted on a friends page or a closed group you would be happy for them to share with whoever? I doubt very much that would be the case for most. Like I said, I don't really have an opinion on his stuff being shared but there seems some inconsistencies

To see Patrick's posts he has to add you as a friend, and so I assume he trusts his friends not to spread what he says on there as gospel, so people can't use it against him. When he posts elsewhere it's visible for everybody to see, a public statement, no different as if he were to post on here, for example.

i can only say what i always say. he's the owner of a football club. anything he says on facebook regarding the running of the football club, he should consider fair game. whether people like it or not, that's reality in 2016. that's not going to change any time soon, so IMO he either needs to accept that, or stop posting club affairs on facebook.

Patrick is savvy enough not to put anything confidential online. More likely, he took the opportunity to vent stuff he couldn't say in a formal situation.

Unfortunately as soon as anyone posts anything on line It's like an email. You and me or anyone has no control over where they end up.

It's a case of if you don't want things getting somewhere you don't do it to start with.

that isn't a dig at you. Just an observation from seeing these things in life

I always thought BM put his agent head on, used his contacts and was the persuasive force in negotiations for new players. Maybe I was wrong.

I'm still no wiser as to who recruits players

'Patrick' says Ben didn't do it, Ben had previously said LJ didn't do it (he merely coached them). So who recruited our players in the LJ era and what is the policy under Hecky?

It begs the key question, who has been in charge of recruitment in terms of identifying players?

Ben's lost some weight. Must be the stress of being the new Chief Exec of the champions of Europe.

I for one think it shows the human side of Patrick , from a professional front guess its not the done thing, but if hes anything like me, it will and would have been said to Bens face, so putting it on face book just backs it up, even if he as let his guard slip.
No doubt about it, the very fact that Bens jumped ship and gone to Leeds must have stung, i know if someone id trusted so, had done the same id be livid, well fookin livid lol
No matter how much patrick attempts to play it down benji boy will and would have been privy to hell of a lot of stuff, infomation if disclosed would have the potential to harm BFC.
All in all this no doubt, will have set alarm bells ringing in the halls of power of Oakwell....and may have been the trigger to Patricks out burst.

Fair play to the bloke, call a spade a spade, you cant beat , the old school way of doing business.....hand shake and spoken word.....your word and hand were your strongest bond sadly no longer the norm these days...mores the pity.

I would have thought (hoped) there maybe restrictive covenants in his contract. But then again they might not be worth **** all in the world of football
