    Well the fact we did the same thing under the Scottish fella last year, and the board are the ones who sign these players then yeah, I reckon it’s completely their fault.

    I doubt both Oxford or Luton were paying that big of salary for the Championship, I suspect they would have had bonuses for reaching certain criteria. Bottom line you don’t ask you don’t get.

    Mate ,he is out of depth ,Collins got sack when we were in top 6 , how the f'cz is he still in charge.
    Yes he hasn't got the best squad but Orient are doing well on a budget.

    There could be an issue with taking a new job compromising his compensation at Derby, but we have to enquire. Not doing so would be negligent in the extreme.

    If anyone thinks we're going to be able to convince anyone of any calibre to come and partake in this Oakwell 5'hit-show then you're delusional. This club is so far out of kilter from top to bottom that no one of any merit would touch us with a bargepole..
