    I really hope not

    One of my close friends is a Sunderland fan and despite missing very few games since the 60s he refused to attend games while an proud and open fascist was in charge of his club. He still went to football on Saturdays while organising opposition and came to Oakwell a few times. I admired his principled stance against a scourge that my Town and Country had fought and defeated and often thought how would I react if it was my club involved.

    I just hope he brings Ched Evans with him to make my decision easier.

    Agree totally Turvey.
    As bad as results,performances or league positions have been over the almost 50 years I have been watching the reds not once have I contemplated abandoning my support. But any decision regarding employment of Rapists,Fascists or highly moraly bankrupt or offensive persons to represent the team I have invested my faith,support and time to and introduced my children and grandchildren to will never be privileged of my presence or endorsements again.
