Exactly. Let's just say someone wants to take their kid to a category A* match (as this is quite possibly going to be a match they are most excited about seeing). Just for that one adult and kid that's £50. FIFTY QUID. Not counting a burger at half time and a bottle of pop. If it's a typical 2 adults 2 kids family you're looking at £100. ONE HUNDRED POUND to sit in the freezing cold on a Tuesday night for 90 minutes. Like **** any working class family from Barnsley is going to do that. It's all right though, 'cos we can charge a working class family from Newcastle or Leeds the same price so happy days.

Newcastle and leeds will charge us £38 leeds did last time we were in this league 3 seasons back. But thats orite just as long as we stick to £20. I can't see them been many A* games and I think they will be plenty of offers

Some of us can't choose which games we can get to.

Just because they are into ripping us off it doesn't mean that our own club should rip us (and them) off too. If they charged us £50 a ticket would you want BFC to charge our fans £50 for the home fixture? You know what they say... it's always better to be fleeced twice instead of once! In fact, when my dad got me a ticket to the Leeds match for my birthday a few years ago (it was £36 not £38 but that's neither here nor there) I distinctly remember us wishing that we could be charged that at home too.

They'd best put a fecking scoreboard in for the A* games if they think l'm paying top whack to watch 90 mins football, l want the full matchday experience. 96/97 season highlights on a loop, followed by a couple of episodes of Cagney & Lacey.

£25 maximum, regardless of the opposition. Our club would be nothing without our fans.

You might want to take a screenshot of this, but I agree with you.

The only positive thing is that I fully expect a scoreboard to be in place in the next few weeks, all signage to have been replaced, all TVs working fully, a new catering company installed with significant improvements to the refreshment stands, an error free programme with significantly more content compared to adverts and a generally much nicer experience at oakwell. After all we are now charging the same as the professional clubs so the facilities should be the same.

    Your move bfc
