    I have done this before and it does take a long time. Also it means people will be under NDA's so can't say things about the actual deal. In addition there are stakeholders here more than the club itself, i.e. council and football league / FA so adding to the complexity.

    Sounds like they have about as much idea as us if it is going to happen or not
    That is a incredible odd thing to say “If” you are only going to sell to the right person.
    Would have thought that would be the first thing you ask what there plans were and also the first thing they would tell you , as in there plan for the club
    Has this gone any further than them getting in touch and saying might be interested
    And being invited to come and have a look round and be a guest at games
    On the basis of that comment , nope

    I think it went something like this...a question was asked in somewhat vague terms, and in handing the mic to Patrick Ray said something like "I think theyre wanting to hear..." and Patrick finished the sentence "its going through?" But he then went on to say "Youd do better to assume its not going through then you wont be disappointed"

    Purely my impression.
