    Difficult to tell whether he was going for the chip or for the great big open space by the near post, but either way it didn't work. I think he was right going for it first time though, as he would have been closed down if he'd taken a touch.

    I think he went to curl it into the far corner high, but just scuffed it. It was actually probably a case that he just didn't know how much time and space he had. Keeper was in no mans land so it was clever thinking, just poor execution.

    The fact he had the confidence to try it says a lot about him though.

    Wasn't an attempted chip - defo trying to side foot into bottom corner

    I thought he was right to take it first time, the covering defender would have closed him down if he took a touch. He just got the connection on the ball all wrong. He is quality though, real ability and an appetite for hard graft. No surprise that the game turned when he went off, we stopped defending from the front so effectively. Keep him amd COG fit and in the team and we will be fine.

    I thought he was right as well - goes in and he's a genius doesn't and people have a go

    the way is body was shaped i think he was trying to bend it into the far corner and lost the ball for a second and hit it all wrong
