RE: ???? nt Some lorries have two stickers on the back. One on the right with an arrow pointing right saying "Overtakers", the other on the left with an arrow pointing left saying "Undertakers" with a tombstone motif or similar. I thought that if the lorries were in Europe this sticker convention would be invalid. I like Tumbleweed me.
Workers vans with a dashboard full of crap. Like id employed them do do any job for me scruffy barstewards.
Got to disagree with ya there Nez ... As far as I'm concerned there is absolutely nothing at all wrong with using the right hand lane, going around the roundabout and coming off it legitimately. Makes a lot more sense that sitting in a queue for ages. If more people did that there wouldn't be so many queues in the first place.
In some countries they stop on the roundabout to let you onto it. (dunno) this can get confusing at times..</p> I don't think many people in this country know how to indicate properly when approaching a roundabout. agree with what you say about gearing down with the wagon and the oncoming car turns off without indicating, they normally give you a look aswell, as if to say "why don't you pull out , i'm pulling off here".</p> Also the newer the car, the less likelythey willuse the indicators... just an observation.</p>
similar.. the ones on Dodworth Road who get off the motorway, take the right hand laneon the roadinto town and then try and cut in in front of the people who have queued in the left hand lane to go straight on... never fails to wind me up.</p> and in no particular order - people who spit in the street, people who drink at 9am in the town centre (Rotherham...), people who swear at their kids, drivers who think it's OK to pull out on you and make you slam your brakes on (even though there's no-one behind you....),litter louts, ignorant people and those who have no respect for others or their property...</p> I could go on, but I'd be here all day... </p>
RE: ******* at cundy cross roundabout yeah they do that at Cortonwood now and at that roundabout over the tops at Hyde there, then they try to shove in as if they come from a different direction.</p> nearly come to blows with people over that one before. I think it shows total disrespect for other road users...and I tell em lol.</p>
That one at Hyde is a pain for that Seen the police positioned there on occasions pulling people up who do that.
BT, don't get me started Will never ever use them ever again. Was so pleased when I could transfer my line rental away from them. They no loonger get a penny of my money ... and never will.
RE: BMW drivers I totally agree, I work for BMW at Thorne. I was given a company car and had to give it back. My image changed and I started talking posh.
They had me on hold for 3 hours today- 3 HOURS- and when I got thru- WRONG DEPARTMENT Totally unacceptable. Openreach never turned up in the end and I am still in the dark.</p> I won't be having my phone with them, just the line. Eventually.</p> Then, Ikea turns up with a f_ucking water damaged sofa. Second time they have delivered (first one was worng one). A mate has taken a day off work for this as well- complete wasted day for him.</p> I feel like Michael Douglas in "Falling Down"</p>
Drivers who use disabled and parent/children parking bays when they are on their own.............. and are not disabled and don't have have any children with them.
