To be fair I don't think anyone is questioning the quality of the screen. The quality will be very good. It's the size of it. I don't think you need to wait for anything, to see that's it's very small by today's standards. I'm not that ar$ed personally. Wouldn't be bothered if they didn't have one at all. But considering we've been waiting for years, will have it for at least another ten and many smaller clubs have much bigger screens..I understand why people are underwhelmed.

Here was me thinking people turn up to watch the football.

A new player costing £500k or a new scoreboard costing £500k. I know which I'd choose.

You are aware that a proper scoreboard costs nowhere near £500k right?

And you are aware that action goes on, on the pitch.

Not on the scoreboard or on the tele's in the back.

That's the spirit. Get rid of the roofs, they cost money to maintain. Get shut of the seats, theyre a pointless addition. Why are we selling replica kits? **** that.

In fact let's sell oakwell and play on a field somewhere and charge people entry to the neighbouring field to watch. That's all we need right? A bit of grass.

If you think the above is absurd then realise that your attitude towards customer experience and facilities is exactly the same, I've just taken it to the extreme.

The club looks to portray itself as a professional outfit on and off the pitch. . .
When I take the kids I want to give them a great experience. Its a shame that fans are getting a raw deal. No shirts available again!. Bland half time enterainment. It would have been nice to watch match replays on a decent sized video screen. Other clubs appear to offer more than we do. What is wrong in in expecting more from a Championship Football Club. Its not like we shouldn't move forward off the pitch as well as on.
