There is obviously a lot of emotion's about at the minute over yesterday's event's, some people angry ,some clearly overjoyed, but i suspect the majority will, like me, be somewhere down the middle. Will all the fan's currently saying there done with BFC follow through on there threat, some will but i suspect most wont. Will the number of fan's who stop going because of wilson's firing outweigh the number of fans who wouldn't renew for next season if this turgid football been allowed to continue, again i suspect not.
Only time will tell if the right decision has been made, but while some fan's think not i personally think it probably was.

If that is all the club has got as a Plan, then don't be surprised with persistent failure. Why isn't the owner looking at what Swansea did asking how did they leave us behind after we left them behind? i could answer but it would do me about as much good as going to Oakwell has for the last god knows how long!

Exactly, it's not rocket science to copy other successful clubs master plans is it? Football is extremely transparent in that respect.

We could have a choice of any club we want to emulate, put the structure and plan in place and carry it through.

A Swansea, or a Burnley, or a Southampton? Maybe a Brentford or a Swindon or a Fleetwood. Take your pick, plenty more to copy if we wish.

I'm surprised a man of Mr. Cryne's business background hasn't figured that out, and appointed someone to a senior role who could make this happen. I'm not sure of the inner workings, and if mumblings of Cryne Jr and spreadsheets is correct, but I definitely know there's no-one on the board with any proper football knowledge or experience. We also don't seem to have any kind of scouting network in place that is visible.

Wilson is just the latest fall guy for a lack of coherent strategy and direction from above. Make no wonder he disappeared up his own arse with poor signings and tactics.

Maybe someone could develop an app that would auto-correct our passing, shooting and defending? And possibly our signings too.

We're poles apart on opinions and I have better things to do with my time than waste it on arguments.
