Mostto had 3 offers of clubs this summer, including Alianza Lima in Peru. As I've posted before, BFC brought him back, he would rather have gone elsewhere.
Most likely he was going to play Mostto,he dropped Macken and Kayo to the bench and surprisingly fetched in Rigters at the last minute so maybe he had lined up Miguel to play.
I predict all goes quiet about him for a few weeks ... ....... then BFC will put out a statement to the effect that he is staying in Peru and his contract has been cancelled with mutual consent In truth, I suspect he has legged it back to South America cos he knows there's more chance of some of the Barnsley under 11's getting a game in the first team than him, and BFC want shut as well but don't want to get slagged off for wasting another few hundred thousand quid of our limited transfer budget.
Whatever anyone says about BFC
They would never invent a story about a players kid having a heart defect just to save the manager from getting pillocked.

Have boots will travel Many people in various industires are away from their families for weeks (even months) at a time. I guess Mostto wanted to see how things worked out before he committed to moving his family.
Yeah, I'm sure you are right, they probably draw the line ... ....... at just making stuff up about their captain and leading goalscorer, to save the manager being pillocked!
Yes he has had 3 offers 1 from athersley rec but was too small to go up front.1 from tenerife united who are just starting up and one from red rain getting him a trial at wombwell main because he knows the manager.
RE: Yeah, I'm sure you are right, they probably draw the line ... I think Howard's head is far enough up his own arse not to give a tinkers cuss. He was also too busy telling stories of his own.
Yeah, and everything the club tell us ............ ............. is bang on the button I suppose, well I for one don't believe **** all that comes out of Oakwell, been pillocked by them too many times over the last 35+ years so I know better
So, you reckon Simon's wasted £400K + 2 years wages on the guy then? What's your view of the £300K + 1 years wages on Cristensen and the 2 years wages on Johnson then?
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family Miguel. You haven't had much luck since coming over here, the earthquake last year and now your son's illness. I hope your son recovers from this serious illness soon.
Respect to Miguel & his family agreed with that hicksy, respect to a player and his family at this difficult time for him, Miguel could have been a good player for us maybe this season if that useless manager had given him a chance instead of coming up with weak excuses every time, quicker he is sacked the better.
