football hasn't changed, the way its played may have done as in style and tactics but that moves all the way down the pyramid, there are premiership quality players out there playing in non league and on the pitfield its just a matter of finding them, just the same way there are players in the premier league or on the fringes and are not worth a wnak, rigters,ranger etc
