Agreed. I've been very impressed with Bunting who I think has thrived on playing at a higher level. Nice bloke and great future ahead.
At the same time I love RVB who dug deep last night just as he did against Lewis, winning under pressure.
Would like to see him win it one last time before the new guard take over.

 

They made him out to be lucky against Wade despite beating their second most decorated TV titles champion ever 4-1. Then he beat the PDC young player of the year. Unlucky not to beat their five time champion and second greatest ever. If he'd carried on and beat the 16 times champion best ever followed by worlds number one and current champion it would have easily been the hardest run to any title in any competition ever. Guy deserves the chance to be cheered by 10,000 scousers in the premier league. Would have been class for him to make history as defending champion of both darts codes at the same time.

 

His time will come and should definitely get Premier League ticket.
