Dawson's not a footballer, and he's bottled the business end of the season.....

Dawson, Perkins, Dagnall or Golbourne. Will leave it a few weeks before deciding. Think I would go for Dawson if pushed now but it really is a tough choice.

It would have been Scott Golbourne for me, had he not been injured. Pushed closely by Mad Dog Dawson, but again, he's missed a fair chunk of games/wins.

So I've gone for Chris 'Dangerous' Dagnall, ahead of Jacob Mellis and David Perkins.

That order, Goldbourne the only other one I'd consider. He's certainly the most improves player.

Daggers double player of year and most improved. Best youngster now stones moved on rose or RNL both contributed this season could see them being regulars next year or one after

Tough call for Goldie, with the injury. Daws, Stones or Goldy would have been up for it, but none lasted a season. Perks gets it for me

Slightly surprised by the complete lack of mentions for Martin Cranie, who has played well in holding midfield, at full back early in the season, and been excellent at CB in recent weeks. I wouldn't necessarily vote for him, but thought he deserved a mention.

Think Dawson/Golbourne/Dagnall/Perkins are the main candidates - Golbourne was the most consistent performer for me, particularly defensively, but I think Dawson's drive during the difficult times and Dagnall's goals kept us afloat, so I'll be voting for one of those two, depending on what happens in the next couple of weeks.

Dagnall, Cranie or Perkins for me. I'm leaning towards Dagnall, at the minute. The way he's continued to work and graft, despite having the majority of our fans on his back, is quality. Dawson still in with a shout too, if he can come back into the team and perform how he was doing before his injury.

    When does the voting close?

    Daggers for me.

He has had a good season. Works tremendously hard. The attitude he has shown when he was written off by our fans (me included) has been superb. Good finisher too and has scored some critical goals at crucial times.
