my mats a player says his mate at barnsley knows a player in the first team who doesnt play becuase h doesnt want to be here cos hes fat and simon daveys welcsh...its B*ll*cks until proven.
Don't know about the Darren Moore bit.....
....but, from what I'm hearing, the rest isn't far from the truth.

Why would players who have been bought by the current manager, been given nice big contracts by the current manager, are picked to play in the team by the current manager, thus getting their bonuses, want that manager out when in all likelihood his successor would replace these players with others?
Because they're being made to look ***** (and consequently devalued) by the current manager.
The situationisn't new or unique. It happens all the time.
My guess is Hume, for instance, was worth every penny. Davey getting the sack can only work out well for him.

I don't buy it If you want your value to increase the best way is to go out on the pitch and give it your all. It's not like Davey is asking them to play in some weird unworkable system that's making them look bad. We're playing straight up 4-4-2 for most of the time that they're all comfortable with. I just don't think the players we've got are all that good.
RE: I don't buy it That's where we'll never agree. I think we have enough quality in our squad to make a proper fist of this season but we're asking them to play for a manager who belongstwo divisions below the worst of them and they know it. They'll have him out, history will say it was all his fault andI for one won't disagree.
Whatever rumours etc you've heard, you are posting some pretty serious allegations up on a public forum. Just be careful.
