Players me and my childhood mates took the mick out of (now 24 yo)

I never saw Glavin play but the likes of mcphail and McCourt annoyed me because I think players should strive to be the best and not simply accept being average because they didn't give a toss but were fortunate to be born with a gifted left or right foot.

I'd hate to be them though the day they realise what a chance they threw away.
