I've watched Oates a lot in the U21s and he is a willing runner and enthusiastic but I think successful strikers at the level and above have to have either a very strong physical presence or be very quick & skilful. Unfortunately he falls short on both counts and his future probably lies in L2 or Conference. Will no doubt be proved wrong....
